“Absolute gem of a hotel. One night was not enough, from the sumptuous breakfast, delicious dinner and outstanding friendly staff, we had a truly memorable stay.”

“A lovely place to stay. Beautiful room , very smart and clean, lovely river views, comfy bed and spotless linen.Only downside to room 19 is the noise during the day and early eve from people eating below on the terrace, but very quiet overnight. Also before 9am in the morning, hammer banging and electric drill noise outside window next to our headboard, suggest workmen check if room occupied before commencing work! But overall would recommend a stay, the staff were all very friendly and……

“该酒店整体住宿体验一般。房间有很重的难闻的气味儿；没有空调，晚上还是有一点儿热；马桶的水非常小，根本冲不了马桶，服务员看过以后也没办法解决，给了一个水瓢接水冲马桶，说是第二天找专业人员来解决，结果住了两个晚，截止退房也没有解决这个问题。洗脸池热水和冷水是通过两个水龙头流出的，并且两个水龙头的距离有点远，使用起来非常不方便，这种奇葩的设计我是第一次见到。”

“The location is not good, far away from the city center. The room is not very clean. The staff will not let you feel welcome. The car park is not on site the hotel, need to walk to the public car parking , walk 5-7 mins. I will not stay at this hotel again. ”

“I was visiting for one night with my son, as pert of a visit to the nearby motor museum and couldn't have stayed in a nicer place. Menu was a bit different, service was excellent, room was perfect and the breakfast was just right. ”

“Room was very spacious and well equipped- all the staff we met were very friendly and helpful - we needed to get somewhere to meet friends for a celebration and they went above and beyond trying to help us navigate around the very flooded area .”

“Daisybank cottage is a must for anyone looking to stay in the New Forest. The room was perfect - spacious, spotless and huge fluffy towels in the bathroom. Lovely touches in the room and so thoughtful. Great breakfast and friendly welcome. Its perfect for various walks without the car to get to start points, and close to pubs and eateries nearby. I will be recommending to friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful stay. ”
