The location is great as you can easily walk to town for shopping & restaurants or go in the other direction to the sea. “Overall experience is nice. We stayed in room 5 for 3 nights. It would be feel better if the walls refurbish, replace the old boiler and unusable cooking pan and pot. Also, the exhaust fan In the bathroom should be clean regularly. All the staffs are very nice and helpful.”

“Pros: - The host is very lovely, attentive and makes you feel at home, - nice home cooked breakfast with classic english, vegetarian, continental options, - located close to main Plymouth attractions, - room is good size and well equipped with functional furniture (hangers chairs, bed side lights) and consumables (tea station, bathroom consumables, even cotton buds) - clean. Cons: - the property walls, ceiling, furniture, soft furnishings, bathroom white goods are clean but dated (cca 90s),……
