“This was a great spot close to hiking spots and downtown!”

“I don't want to take away from this amazing place, but the sign out front says that I can drop my key in the lockbox by the front door. However, I was not able to find the lockbox and ended up leaving my key in my room and called at 8am when they opened to let them know. They were very nice about how I "checked out". Just a little heads up.”

“We had a wonderful time. The room was beautiful and we love the hot tub. We didn't feel like yes we felt like long time friends and just a few days. We will definitely come back.”

“Wonderful stay. Mark was fantastic. Treated us like a member of the family. Even though it’s on the main road it was very quiet. Extremely clean. It’s only an $9 Uber to the Basin Hotel downtown. We stayed in the Renaissance Room. Very spacious. Our only regret was the whole reason I booked was the winery on site, and it was closed, but they do have another one not far away. We will definitely stay here again.”

The staff was very helpful before and during my stay, and the location was convenient to all of the attractions we visited in Eureka Springs. A couple of things I wish the room had were a microwave, a place to put soap in the shower, and a bar in the shower to hang towels...all minor things though...thanks for a great stay!”

“The Room is great. But the exterior is in disrepair, middle of June, pool non operational plus the atmosphere is very sterile there and you can’t even walk into the office unless it’s breakfast hours so if you want a place to pass out this is your place. If you want to anything besides sleep then maybe consider spending more and staying closer to the center of old town”

“This hotel was so great. We did the king with a jacuzzi, the jacuzzi was a little small for 2 people but it can be made to work. But the way the bed was so comfortable and relaxing it was well worth it! The most comfortable hotel bed we have ever slept in!!”

“This was, by far, the dirtiest motel room that I have ever stayed at, my entire life. I am absolutely certain that for the entire duration, I only saw the office manager-- not one cleaner or other staff member. My mom, who was staying in another room, elected to leave her socks on for the entire stay, because we were all worried about touching any surface in the bedrooms.”
