"Room was clean. AC kept room tolerable. But did not reduce temperature in room until early morning hours even though setting was reduced. Breakfast was great as usual. Managers reception was a bust. A trend since COVID. Rather than go out for dinner we ate at the bar. Salad and flatbread was a good choice."

"If you enjoy privacy, don’t book the king suite, 201. I booked a “king suite with balcony with a resort view”. And we were put in a room facing the parking lot. Lacking privacy — due to sheer curtains, only. The bedroom (separate from living room) also lacked substantial curtains. We felt like we were in a display case to everyone coming and going. No refrigerator. Found an empty bottle of men’s shampoo in the shower. Which I was willing to see past, but worth mentioning at this point. The Estate is beautiful, wish we would have had the pleasure of viewing it from our king suite balcony. I give it a 4/10."
