“IHG hotels are always reliable, and this one was no exception. The hotel is located in a quiet area, and everything was clean and tidy. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. However, the soundproofing was poor — I could clearly hear footsteps from the room above. In addition, the air conditioning was quite noisy, which affected the overall comfort of the stay.”

“When we got to the room we found beer cans, belongings from another person, we left them in the room when we checked out a day early due to not wanting to stay any longer. Staff was not very helpful or professional. I called front desk to ask where the towels were for the pool i was told that i had to go to front desk to get a towel due to covid, the hot tub was cold and i no matter what i did i couldnt get it warm, the whole pool area looks very unclean i left the pool area after being in there……

“I never made it to my reservation, i called to cancel due to a snow storm, and was charged full price. I was going to travel a few hours to stay there for a wrestling tournament that was canceled due to dangerous weather. I made the reservation, and tried to cancel not even 12 hours later, and was still charged. I will never used that hotel or Expedia again!! As a single mom, i won't be fooled again by these awful tricks. ”

“It was a cold night. The heating didn’t work very well and the room was very cold. The mattress was good, but the pillows were not comfortable. The room was clean, parking right in front of the room. It was quite and check in was good. I arrived late, but they have service after 8pm I just needed to call. They also offer soda and chips for an extra charge (just at reception). Pet friendly”
