「Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience, especially considering that we were on vacation and spent a lot of money there. Let’s start with the positives: the property is truly beautiful, and our room was clean. We also had very pleasant interactions with some of the staff. Unfortunately, the overall service was very disappointing. We also witnessed a situation where a employee was scolding guests because they were a few minutes late. We understand that delays can complicate things...
