We stayed at the green dragon a few years ago and it was great so we booked again expecting a similar experience. It has definitely gone down hill since our last visit, particularly the food and service level. This morning we left at 9:00 and other guests that had prepaid for breakfast couldn’t even get into the breakfast room to eat as there were no staff around! Parking was also an issue, the pub does not have dedicated parking available but use of a shared disc… It was very noisy in the early mornings between creaking floors and traffic on the street unloading of barrels etc. won’t be stopping there again.
