“My fiancé and i had a wonderful time here. right in the heart of Berkley Springs, is is convenient to shopping, galleries and the famous hot springs. Tom was a 5-star host! He greeted us at the door, guided us to room and couldn't have been nicer, more friendly or professional. We both felt like family here. “Very nicely appointed rooms, spacious common areas, very clean bathrooms, copious breakfast, friendly staff. We were able to use the refrigerator and even got to use an ice pack for our aching legs. A wonderful place to recharge after a day of cycling! The owner gave us a great restaurant recommendation. Overall there was a very friendly vibe and we enjoyed chatting with other guests while relaxing on the porch.”

“Very cozy suite..many personal touches...really fun to have breakfast delivered to our room! Breakfast delicious😊!! Close to historic Downtown Huntington and State Parks.. A little hard to find property in the dark, though. Really enjoyed our stay!!”
