「Very clean and in a great location in Austin! The place was stocked well with towels, paper towels and toilet paper! It even had foil and storage bags! Kitchen could have been stocked better! No bowls for cereal, no can opener or colander! No dishwasher! ! Instructions for the oven! I didn't know how to operate it and the instructions were not adequate! It didn't have a microwave unless the oven was a combination of a convection oven and microwave, but i don't think so! Communication was good!...

「We loved everything about our stay! The house was tastefully decorated, with everything that was needed; I appreciated all of the modern touches. The property management was very nice and accommodating; they also provided information about the local area which we found helpful. The house was spotless. The outdoor area looked fun, although the weather didn't permit for us to enjoy it. I genuinely have nothing negative to say. We will rebook if we return to the area.」

「This place was very clean and comfortable but we could not get over the smell of the water. Ruined a great stay. The smell was so bad we could not shower. We showered the first day and wretched the entire time, literally made me sick. The smell is a sickening sulfur smell. Was told it is because it’s well water but I have well water and have never had this problem. We had other friends stay in town and they didn’t not experience the same problem either. Very unfortunate because everything else...
