「Clean room and great location」

「Accessible room shower was broken and changed me to a standard room without notification. As a wheelchair user this is not possible. Ended up having to stay in thr accessible room with no water. Was charged for two nights at full price even though I did not stay thr second night and had requested a refund」

「After a 15-hour drive, I was looking forward to a good night’s sleep, but this hotel was a huge disappointment. The room felt dirty as soon as I walked in. The bedspread looked stained, and when I pulled back the sheets, I found pubic hair and long black hairs, indicating the bedding had not been changed. The bathroom smelled strongly of urine.
