"Location was good! Breakfast was under was we were expected in compares to other 5stars hotels we were lived in. Room is a little bit dated and not soundproof enough. We can hear people talking outside our room. Overall, this hotel is more like a 4 stars for us"

"The room was super clean, lobby looked great too. I really love that there were lots of storage space available in the room so the luggages aren’t taking up all the floor space. It’s also great that there’s a washing machine available in the room. I always find it frustrating using a shared laundry facility when travelling. The bed was also very comfy and consumables were replenished daily as needed. I would come back to this hotel if I visit Beijing again in the future."

"This is a pretty average hotel, at best a 3 star. We stayed here for 5 nights. Breakfast is very repetitive. The rooms are dated and in need of some modernisation, our bathroom had a leak. And finally the reception and restaurant staff would benefit from some good quality hospitality training - just a smile and hello would go a long way. Would hesitate to recommend."

"Jack in the travel desk was very very helpful. Breakfast had a great spread that's the best part of our stay. They gave a room earlier than check in time but it was smaller and they wouldn't give an extra bed they promised unless we followed up twicw. They don't clean rooms well, don't replace used cups or check if there is any toilet paper in the room. Front desk staff is ok ok"

"Pros: -Superb breakfast! Keep it up Conrad Beijing team. Lots of food options, great food quality. Cons: -We booked two rooms. They both felt worn out and a bit outdated. We asked for a non smoking room and our level-12 room smelled unpleasantly, heavy cigar smell. -We booked the hotel because of the view, but the view from our room was frankly terrible. -Reception desk staff english proficiency is severely limited. Communication can be a big big challenge for non-mandarin speakers."
