Never ever stay at this hotel. Not worth the price.
The room is not available although past the check in time. Air conditioner and the light are not working properly. We have to take off the room key in order to switch off the light.
They have charged my credit card twice for my stay. The staff are not very helpful in solving the problem. Still waiting for the refund.

가성비 좋은 5성급 호텔
생각외로 아주 만족스러운 호텔입니다. 5성글인데 가격도 적당하고 아침식사를 푸짐하고.. 침대도 푹신하고... 공항 옆의 전시장까지 30분 정도 거리인데 택시를 미리 예약해줘서 편했습니다. 호텔 2층 식당도 아주 훌륭했구요. 다음 중국 간다면 또 예약하고 싶은 호텔입니다.

十月伤酒店已經將空調鎖停25度數只有風出沒有冷氣，我們不能自我調低度數，睡眠時好熱睡不着！
整體環境服務態度都好，2樓中菜廳食物好好食，只是空調的問題！希望酒店對空調的問題能改善一吓就好啦！'

コスパ良、周辺便利
周辺に日本料理屋、コンビニ、空港直結駅もあり便利。ホテルはコスパ良し

Wollte mir mal diese Ecke von Beijing anschauen, aber sicher nicht mehr dort.
Es ist ein gehobenes Chinesisches Hotel, mit allem was dazu gehört. Der Service ist bemüht, aber liefert nicht. Das Frühstück - wenn man Nudelsuppe mag, passt es. Das Zimmer war nicht fertig als ich ankam, da waren noch Handwerker. Als Entschuldigung sollte ein Obstkorb kommen...der kam nie.
Ich musste früh los, vor um 6 gab es leider kein warmes Wasser, also kalt duschen.
Was gut ist - Kro's Nest hat eine super Pizzeria nur 300m entfernt!

There is no evident that I make the book resulted 45 minutes waiting and verifying in order to check-in.
After 3 weeks I realized the hotel has deduced CNY 1,648.00 from my Visa Credit Card which I already paid on line to Hotels.com
It's a nightmare.....meanwhile I am verifying how to get my money back

今回は出張で利用させていただきました。
かなり交通便利なところにあって、周りにたくさんのレストランがあるから、ちょっとした食事を取るのに最適です。
ホテルの部屋が広くて、綺麗でした。
因みに、ロビーも広くて、素敵です。
是非、次回も利用させていただきたいと思います。
