“Very nice cozy inn. Convenient to the Cliff Walk. A bit of a stroll to the wharf area. Breakfast was delicious and there were a few unexpected treats as well. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. All good. Would definitely recommend to others.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From the moment we walked in the front door to the moment we checked out, was a first class experience. The staff were all extremely knowledgeable, kind and helpful. The room was fresh, clean and relaxing. We loved the option to ride the bikes around town; that is an amazing perk. Even walking, all of the major activities and attractions are close.
We have added this to our list as our #1 option to stay next time we visit Newport.”

“Breakfast was good and fresh each morning. Nice touch for sure. Area is extremely walkable with restaurants nearby. The bed was really comfortable.
Shower in the Lark Suite is tricky to figure out but a lot of water pressure. While we were there the hot water in the shower did not work very well. We let them know and hopefully it is fixed by now.”

“The property was quaint, had history and was well located to town. Parking was free and convenient. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were clean. Breakfast was diverse and of quality.
What I didn't like was the obvious wear. Walls had dings. Wallpaper was torn. Furniture was old and interesting but faded and tired.
We still enjoyed our stay and we would stay again.”

“I liked that it was basically a one bedroom apt. Clean, super convenient to everything. Didn’t live that window in bedroom didn’t open. Light over sink flickered consistently- so we turned it off.
It was a little noisy due to location but that wa ok- I bring ear plugs. Staff was great and view from observation deck of sunset amazing !”
