Overall the interior and exterior of the hotel was nice. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. The main restaurant inside was poor as the variety of food was repetitive and not appealing in presentation. Food lacked the traditional Turkish flavour. Lack of hygiene and freshness was apparent. No proper ventilation in the main restaurant presented an uncomfortable smell. During our stay we witnessed one of the kitchen staff pick up a tong off the floor and place it back in the fruit stand. Overrated and very much over priced.

I liked that it had a lot of activities for kids everywhere. The hotel is old and the food is not that good, I am not a picky eater at all but I rather not eat a few times than to eat that food again and agin every day for 4 days. Service was ok, floors are super slippery around the pool areas and around where the kids slides are i was surprised I didn’t see anyone bust their head open or breaking anything with those slippery floors. The welcome is very good makes you think you are going to have the best vacation ever but it was a little chaotic and blah at times

very nice

Hotel and staff were very nice and helpful. Food was good, I was always able to make a good meal out of all they had to offer at the buffet. Swimming pool and beach area were very nice. They should have free golf club rental for guest as they have 2 golf courses on sight is about my only real complaint.

Our stay in Sueno hotel was perfect. I stay there with my family . Wife and 2 daughters . Good hotel for families. Many activities for children. In the pool is quite so can relax and sleep well. Good service in all bars and restaurants.

Bra hotell, men buffématen kan förbättras

Allt toppen på det här hotellet, men själva buffén får de gärna förbättra. En jäkla massa olika rätter, men det hade räckt med 10% av dem, som varit mer anpassade efter de som äter där. Bodde på Sueno Golf som är ett systerhotell en kort promenad ovanför deluxe. Riktigt bra närhet till golfen, bra banor och all-inclusive i barerna var enastående. Även där kan buffématen förbättras, men de á la carterestauranger som man kunde välja till för 10 Euro var bra!

Wunderschöne Anlage mit einem tollen Golfplatz

Top Hotel und einer wunderschönen Außenanlage, jedoch benötigen die Zimmer und Suiten dringend eine Renovierung, womit auch direkt nach unserem Aufenthalt im Oktober begonnen wurde. Leider erst nach unserem Urlaub... :-( Diese Anlage gehört zu den wenigen Hotels, wo wir auf jeden Fall nochmal hin möchten. Alles Top, bis auf die Gastronomie, diese ist auf jeden Fall noch verbesserungswürdig, im Gegensatz zu anderen TOP-Hotels in Belek.

I really enjoyed of staying in this hotel with my wife . This hotel is suitable for families and couples . staff are really kind and helpful especially Mr. Ahmet .Indoor pool and outdoor pools are really amazing . I recommend you sea view rooms . I had been in a hotel with my family greatly enjoyed the hotel, magnificent service, a very smart, very tasty food, very nice staff, quick service, rooms very clean, kids enjoyed the hotel especially from GAME LAND contains a lot of games with cinema ;very large indoor pool with hot water. Kindergarten until 23:00 with a team very responsible and very nice I want to thank the team GEST RELATION greatly helped us especially Mrs. Anna. Again ..from my family ..thank you sueno you make us very hapy .

Otel tam anlamıyla bir aile otelidir. Özellikle çocuklara ayrıla alan ve aktiviteler çok başarılı. Temizlik ve yemek kalitesi olarak çok iyi. İlk defa bir otelde her aldığım açık büfe yemeğini zevkle yedim. Konserlerin olması çok güzeldi fakat konser alanındaki yer organizasyonunun olmaması can sıkıcı. Erkenden gidip havlu ve kişisel eşya bırakmaları organizasyonu basitleştiriyor. Otel çok büyük olmasına ve konakladığım da 1600 kişi olmasına rağmen o kalabalığı hiç hissetmiyorsunuz. Ayrıca Sueno köşesi denilen saat 12-17 arasında hizmet veren yemek sokağına bayıldım. Sizi öğlen ana restoran ile sınırlamıyor ve çok ama çok zengin yemek çeşitleri ile süper hizmet alıyorsunuz. Biz balayı çifti olarak güzel hizmet aldık fakat daha çok aile ve çocuk yönelikli otel olduğu için çok fazla aktivite bulmadık. Yaşanan bir şezlong olayını çok profesyonelce gidermeleri çok hoşumuza gitti. Bu konuda Müşteri İlişkilerindeki Rose Hanıma çok teşekkür ediyoruz

very delux hotel and great stuff

I'm ibrahim jadir from palestine I was in this hotel 4 nights 5 days with my two kids, we greatly enjoyed, Deluxe Hotel is very suitable for young couples, for families, for all kinds. Large rooms are beautiful and very clean with a great view of the sea The hotel staff is very helping and nice. In addition to opening a road connecting BELEK of LARA, within 2 minutes you are in LARA BEACH. I want to thank all the hotel staff especially the RECEPTION staff were very nice and helpful. Especially their manager.
