Amazing hotel, amazing staff, food was so good with many different dishes everyday, allthing was excellent. Food and drinks all day you will never be hungry, you will never be boring with all amzi g show and activities. Many activities and show for both adults and children. Highly rekommended.

I recently stayed at Orange County Belek - Family Concept and had a mixed experience. The cleanliness and food were excellent, and the staff at the kids' area were amazing, providing a great experience for my family. I also appreciated the good options available for children. However, the room service was disappointing. Despite the positive aspects, the service responsiveness needs improvement

It’s a good 40 minutes from Antalya Airport. The Hotel was well set out with nice rooms, a spacious main dinning room with varied and traditional food of excellent quality. Staff do work hard. Outside eating areas were very good with ice cream available 1200 to 1600. You will notice many cats around these areas. As you walk out to the beach you have a couple of bars (all the bars tend to have one server most of the time, which is poor) one on a jetty. The children’s play areas and pool looked very good. The main swimming pool was also, very good. There is an incredible number of staff working around this Hotel. However, we found the service at times to be poor with long queues and a basic All Inclusive drinks menu. There was no table service in the bar or restaurant. There was also, a door left open to the smoking area that allowed smoke to drift in to the bar area, which was not nice. When things got really bad with serving Vegin, the tall chap stepped into save the day. He was everywhere. A credit to Orange County. The main bar area inside is comfortable, clean but lacked a cosmopolitan feel. Reception is helpful, but we wanted a late check out that cost $65.00, but it was not available and that was following the Hotels advice. On the last day our orange bands were cut off and replaced by yellow ones which meant no alcoholic drinks and with a lack of instruction from the Hotel we felt out of sorts until 1845 when we left. Cost was good. I may go back.

Worst Vacation Ever – Avoid This Resort! My experience at Orange County Belek was absolutely terrible from start to finish. The staff were extremely rude and arrogant, starting from the check-in desk and continuing with every other member of the team I encountered. The food was awful — no variety whatsoever, with the same low-quality options served every single day. The rooms were not properly cleaned; they would only change the towels and leave everything else untouched. This place completely ruined my holiday. It was by far the worst vacation I have ever had. I would not recommend this resort to anyone.

I booked this property expecting a quality experience, especially with VIP Access, but it was completely unacknowledged and offered no benefit at all. The overall service was shockingly poor — most of the staff were rude and unhelpful, with the exception of three individuals who at least tried to make a difference: the relationship manager, Mellissa the waitress, and Selim the maître d’ on the night shift. Cleanliness was questionable, and the food was both repetitive and terrible. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were essentially the same uninspired, low-quality options every day. Presentation and taste were equally disappointing. The lack of variety and freshness was unacceptable for a property of this supposed standard. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend this property unless significant changes are made to service, cleanliness, and dining.
