The place was very clean tidy and very comfortable with basic amenities. The location was superb just in front of shopping complex , close to bus stop and on the main road. The host was the best of it all going out of the way to make us comfortable and welcome
Friendly host; comfortable rooms with compact bathrooms; good value for money; relaxed self-service continental breakfast; situated on the junction of a busy road - great for access to the city centre, just 10 minutes derive away.
Not a bad area, felt safe here. Had bus stops close by to get around Belfast. The room was an older house, I think great for a younger clientele and budget friendly.
I was only in Belfast for 1 night on this trip, Green mount was perfectly located, shops and buses very close, the owner was very friendly and chatty. I will definitely be returning

Easily accessible via public transport with a Glider stop right outside. Plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. There is no staff on site and because it's right on the main road, the environment is extremely noisy and difficult too sleep. Basic amenities in the washroom weren't provided, such as hand soap and shampoo. No parking available with on-street parking doesn't guarantee a spot.
The room is clean and tidy. Breakfast is well prepared. Landlady arranged late check in for us. But there is no hot water for shower. Because it was 23:00, we can’t call the landlady so we tried to email them but failed.
In the morning, I tried to ask Hotels.com to help me, in the chat room the staff was not helpful.
Parking was to the side of the house so a bit difficult to maneuver but otherwise a nice casual self-serve kind of place. Goodfellas pizza is a 2 min walk and quite good - family friendly.
This was a cute B&B. We stayed two nights. Not the best location and a little hard to find. But works for exploring the city by car

Check in time very short, and when the time window expired there was no comeback. Very disappointing and we had to stay in the car overnight as the host would not answer the phone
So far the experience has been ok. To get the keys was quite an adventure sunce the check-in is only between 1 and 2pm which doesn't work if you're travelling for business.
The lady that helps with the hotel organisation is not on site but she's very polite over the phone.
Also, the shower pressure is quite low
Location was OK. The owner did not appear. Instructions were Ok, however this is not Bed and Breakfast Accom for tourists - other occupiers were east european workers. Smoking at entrance, litter , no staff on site so no rules followed. Glad to get out of there.
Property on hotels.com mentions that checkin time starts at 1 pm and ends anytime. But they actually only allow check in till 3 pm. There was no communication about this whatsoever. Even hotels.com did not take responsibility and my money was wasted. Disappointing.
The room was really cold too cold to take a shower. Heater was not producing enough heat. We left because the room was cold and noisy

OK I guess
Ok, to start, the woman who runs this place is absolutely barmy. That's not necessarily a bad thing, but it's a fact.
Also, she doesn't live on site, so you're kind of on your own.
And the breakfast is.... not a hot breakfast. It's just groceries in the kitchen. So be prepared for that.
The room was TINY. I mean SUPER SMALL. And there's not much parking - if the place was full, you might not get a spot.
It's a great neighborhood, and reasonably comfortable.
It's a bit weird when they knock on your door and ask to measure the room. I mean, am I meant to say no even if I want to? Still awkward.
You have to get your soaps and stuff from the hall. And there might not be any.
So yeah, it's okay. But not great.

It's a house
It's a house with multiple lockable rooms where guests can stay.
I liked that the kitchen was self-service. There was lots to choose from for breakfast. We also used the refrigerator for our own stuff. There was a big supermarket 150 meters from the house and a McDonald's even closer.
Downsides:
Check-in was a bit strict, just 13.00 to 14.00. The host may be more flexible with the times if you call them well ahead of time but our flight changed schedule to arrive three hours earlier than expected, so we waited at McDonald's for two hours and we still had to call the local number when we got there (though the host was just a few minutes away).
The house was located in a somewhat busy junction, so there was noise from traffic.
The location is somewhat far (around 5 km) from the city center and also quite far (1.4 km) from the closest railway station that has a train to the city center. You can't buy tickets on that station, so you need internet to use their app, and the trains don't go very often.
The sink had two separate taps for cold and hot water.
