It was so nice to have off street parking as cars were sometimes triple parked on the street. It was a very large and comfortable apartment in easy walking distance to a bus stop into the city and a grocery store. We enjoyed our stay.

The accommodation was quiet, clean and spacious - just what we were looking for. Christine was helpful and friendly during the check in process. The property is situated on an attractive leafy avenue and we were able to walk to the city centre.

The rooms were large. The beds were large and comfortable. We were in contact with the owners if we needed anything and they were responsive immediately when I asked a question. Parking on site in a small lot. Near the University so lots of young people in the area.

Great location with an easy walk to the city center and places to eat close by. We enjoyed having the apartment with a nice kitchen, washing machine, and convenient parking. Great communication as well. I highly recommend the Ulsterville Residences if you plan on making a trip to Belfast.

Quite simply a really good place to stay - beautiful building - well kept and maintained inside and out. Spacious - so much better than a hotel room. Close to the centre, but far enough out to park a car without issue.
