貝爾法斯特貝爾法斯特市中心酒店住宿推介

「Good location, friendly and efficient service, rich breakfast」

「Interesting interior, convenient location, good supplies of amenities. But kitchen not friendly enough if u really want to cook.」

「No bottled water, insufficient seats and cups in the room for 3 adults. The air con didn’t work even the staff reset it, forcing us to open the window which made the room more noisy. 」

「員工服務良好 反應事項 及時處理」

「地毯很多污漬，觀感不佳。但棉被很厚很溫暖。」

「Everything was extremely clean including everything in the lobby, bathrooms, and bar area.」

「Great location and nice hotel. However we were there for work and the lack of shared spaces to work from was a really awkward, we ended up working with our laptops on our laps in the reception area for an hour before they finally allowed us to go into the breakfast area as the bar was closed due to staff meeting. Surely customers should come first! If you're there as a visitor to see the sites of Belfast this hotel would be really good and I would definitely go back.」

「Second time staying here with my partner and daughter, booked a family room and James on reception very kindly allowed us the spacious quadruple room with the curved windows as it was available at the time. Really appreciated all the staff, so smiley, friendly and accommodating. This time we ate at the hotel's restaurant'Taylor and Clay' exceptional food, best steak I've ever tasted! We will be returning. Thanks」

「在最後一天晚上，隔離兩個房間很嘈吵，引至不能入睡。 其他大至上都很好」

「Great location. Friendly and very helpful staff. Even though there is limited parking there is more spots available nearby.」

「This is a great hotel with friendly staff and 3 wonderful restaurants」
