Relaxing vacation

Stunning views. Property is clean. Has got most stuff. We missed having an iron though. Wifi is bad and TV channels didn’t work but we probably didn’t know how to operate it.

It has a beautiful partial view from the garden. The second bedroom is in a basement without any windows or ventilation. A fan would be good. The living room in the pictures is also on the basement without windows and smells like mold.

Overall review

Very beautiful and quiet however, if you’re used to AC, it was very hot. No screens on the windows could not open for the bugs coming in beautiful view. The place itself was absolutely gorgeous but you have to rent a car to be able to get there. It could use some ceiling fans at a minimum and an ironing board and a Softer bed

Nette Aussicht, aber viel zu laut.

Lasst euch nicht vom tollen Panoramablick täuschen. Den hat man(hinterm Gartenzaun auf dem Fußweg),allerdings will man gar nicht draußen sitzen,weil es unglaublich laut ist. Es handelt sich um einen Hausteil in einer größeren Siedlung von italien. Rentnern, die im Sommer alle da sind&permanent in ihren Vorgärten entweder laute Arbeiten verrichten&zwar jeden Tag, auch sonntags, oder sich zum stundenlangen Reden auf der Terrasse treffen&dabei extrem laut sind.Wir konnten in einer Woche Urlaub nicht einen Tag in Ruhe auf der Terrasse genießen. Die Wohnung selbst ist in 2 Teile geteilt, die durch separate Eingangstüren betreten werden: Eine Kellerwohnung OHNE Fenster(super muffiger Geruch, würde da nicht schlafen wollen)&der obere Teil mit der Küchenzeile (+Essbereich, Schlafzimmer, Bad &ein TV Raum). Wir haben nur den oberen Teil genutzt. Zur Wohnung oben:Keine Fliegengitter an den Fenstern=viele Mücken∧eres Getier.Es gibt keine Ventilatoren,keine Klimaanlage. Der Lüfter über dem Herd geht nicht,es gibt kein Eisfach im Kühlschrank&keine Kaffeemaschine,sondern nur eine Kapselmaschine. Die Haustür kann nicht abgeschlossen werden,sondern nur die beiden Holzladen die davor sind. Es gibt keinerlei Instruktionen, wie die Geräte im Haus funktionieren.Am vorletzten Tag hatten wir abends über eine Stunde Stromausfall. Die Agenturfrau konnte das aber dann Gott sei Dank nach einigen Telefonaten regeln. Wir hatten,v.a. aufgrund der Nachbarn sehr wenig Erholung&würden es nicht empfehlen
