“Cosy functional property. Very close to ORR and Sarjapur. Rooms are decently sized and clean. Service is great and staff is very helpful. However, the beds are not good and the mattresses are very uncomfortable”

“Best thing about Pearl Suites is their exceptionally courteous staff and services. They are very nice people and they try to satisfy all your demands in best possible way! I loved the food, services and my stay at hotel. Definitely recommend this hotel who are looking for budget accommodation with clean rooms, great services and peaceful stay. The only drawback is that it is little inside residential area and the neighborhood is not that attractive. Probably that is the reason this hotel……

“Terrible service. Initially we were given a different room that was cheaper than we had booked. The next day we moved to the room we were actually supposed to get. The more expensive room had less towel, in both the rooms the ac remote doesnt work and had no fan...so either we were freezing with the AC on at a constant 18 degrees C or sweating! There was no toothpaste, and the staff told they'd get it for us.....then nothing until I went out and bought one! The induction cooker doesn't work, the……

“Rooms not as advertised. Chairs were not clean, dirty towels. Breakfast does not have many options but was Okay.”
