Family getaway

The property was just beautiful The view was spectacular and and the gardens and surrounds were gorgeous. The house accommodated all 9 of us very comfortably and provided everything we needed for our little family escape.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rayfields at Berry was a fantastic property, with a spectacular view overlooking the surrounding mountains and valleys. The owners met us upon arrival who were extremely accommodating and very helpful. The house and adjoining cottage were beautiful, very clean and inviting. The main house was great for two families and kids whilst the detached cottage provided space and privacy for another couple. Would definitely recommend!

Long weekend stay

Very disappointed as property advertised as 5 bedroom house and 2 bathroom but while reaching there realised that its 3 bedroom and 1 bathroom rest 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom is considered as separate cottage . Booked accommodation for 6 people ended up sleeping on floor as one room out of 3 bedroom had very small bed for 2 decent sized people also bed frame wasn't wiped/clean properly we could able to see dust particles on frame and strage smell was coming from bed, we could not able to get access to other rooms as owners son and girlfriend were staying on next cottage for weekend which was supposed to consider part of 5 bedroom house. Overall very disappointed with stay. We have booked so many holiday accommodations with stays but never had this kind of experience before where given access to 3 beds but properly been advertised and booked as 5 bedroom house .

Top of the Mountain Escape

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A lovely spot to go and really get away from the noise of the city. Listen for the different bird songs, and watch the light and colours of the mountains change in the light whilst sitting on the back deck. Great spot for photographers. We really enjoyed our time there and would definitely go again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our extended family of 9 had a lovely weekend at Rayfields in September. It was delightful to wander around the property and enjoy the abundance of birdlife. Night time wombat spotting was also a highlight. The house was very comfortable and spacious for the 9 of us plus 2 active dogs. The only suggestion I would make is the need for an ensuite to the main bedroom. Otherwise, a beautiful place to relax.

Beautiful property and location

My friends and I stayed here over the long weekend and had a wonderful stay. The property has beautiful views from the alfresco and was a comfortable stay for all of us. It was nice to enjoy some offline time too while we were there! The owners were very accommodating and quick to respond with any questions we had!

My friends and I all had a lovely, relaxing time over the two days we stayed at Rayfields.

Rayfields was enjoyable, cosy and very relaxing with the most beautiful surrounds. Would definitely recommend the place. Only a few small requests: provide better fire utensils like poker, prongs, dust pan and kitchen sponges please.

Perfect Escape at Rayfields

Beautiful property, perfect for our winter getaway. The views from the property are breathtaking and the home is very cosy and comfortable. Lovely and remote, but so close to Berry and Kangaroo Valley. We had a lovely time and would visit again.

The house was gorgeous and fully equipped for a lovely getaway, with plenty of cooking equipment. The view from the property was also fantastic! Both Berry and Kangaroo Valley are close-by which was convenient for grocery shopping and activities. Overall we loved our stay and hope to be back soon!
