「The A/C was broken, did not function at all; the shower door has high pitch squeaking sound every time i closed it. Everything else is good.」

「My husband and I stayed at the Atheneum 2 nights for a concert and had a nice stay. The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. We shuttled everywhere with the complimentary shuttle which was a great service. Our room was spacious and comfortable bed, with a nice desk for the little bit of work I needed to do. Loved having the Atheneum as our landing spot in Detroit. 」

「The check in process, alert and bell service were top notch! The room was something that could use work! We had no Kleenex upon arrival , the floors were dirty as was our desk and chair! Cleanliness is what people remember and unfortunately that it what tarnished our stay! 」
