“Very comfortable, but we actually selected this hotel because we have been on the road for a long time and saw that you have laundry accommodations. We were so excited to do some laundry…but it was road block after road block. We needed quarters, but the desk only had a few, the laundry soap dispenser was out of order, so we had to find a local place to get laundry soap and quarters. We did end up able to do laundry which was great, but if facilities are not ready for use… maybe don’t list them……

“Easy park and easy shop”

“I cannot speak highly enough of this gorgeous property and the exceptional service. I live in Richmond and my mother came into town for my daughter’s high school graduation so it ended up being a staycation for me. From the warm welcome at check-in, to the generously sized room to the amazing customer service, we loved every minute of the three days we spent at the beautiful property. The concierge, Joseph, was so genuinely kind and made sure that my daughter made it to graduation in style. We……

“Funky concept but didn't delight. Lobby and staff were fun. Color palette was cool. No breakfast. A/C only came from one side of the room, while the bed was on the other side of a wall so poor airflow. Felt a bit more like a dorm than a hotel if that's the vibe you want - try it ”

“The room was good, clean, and even had little dove bottles of soap and shampoo. Front desk person was very friendly and got us checked in quick. Only complaint was the entire hotel smelled like weed which seems to be a trend in this area. I’ve traveled here a few times and all the hotels smell this way which is awful. Additionally we had to listen to stomping all night long from the floor above us. We only stayed one night so it wasn’t too bad. ”
