Contemporary upstairs apartment by the park

Great newly renovated apartment and perfect for a couple with a great view of the Talleyrand Park and Spring Creek. The shower was great! The only difficulty was access to the garage which was challenging with an SUV. Need to tell renters to use the ramps in the garage especially in winter.
