"Room was dirty. Fridge hadn’t been cleaned, with sticky liquid on bottom and on floor. Bathroom sink didn’t drain. Dirt left in bathroom sink, as well."
"I gave 1 star rating because Expedia would not let me skip giving a review. I enjoyed my stay at this location but FU Expedia for making me leave a review."
"Staff were great especially the gentleman that served the breakfast room. A few items rsn out but he replenished it as and when he noticed it. The room was clean. The exterior needs a bit of tlc. The hotel is next to the highway but it did not trouble us.
Somebody were having a loud discussion in the lobby area but that quite down by 11:30Pm. In general great value for money."
"The sink drain was draining verrry slow. We were only there a night so we survived. The place was clean and we had no issues other than that. It was fairly close to everything - we went downtown and to zoo. About 15 min to each place. I don't know why people are saying the buffet is great - it's just the normal buffet they always have and was ok. The oatmeal was very dry and not edible but eggs were good."
"This was a good place for us to stay one night on our trip through the USA. The property was nicely maintained. The front desk gal did a her job but was not warmly welcoming. The room was 7/10 clean. There was someone's surgical tape on the bathroom wall and hair behind the bathroom door. Other than that, it was pretty clean. Breakfast was basic but good. The bed slanted towards one side, but we still slept well. The lack of an elevator was definitely challenging with our luggage, but we made it work."

10/10 Excellent
"Nice clean room with comfortable bed and great amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurants at clean and food was tasty. Concert venue was awesome, as always!"
"Missing the log and lily pad in the pool area, that is half the attractions of the pool which is the only reason we booked in the first place.
Staff was openly arguing in the breakfast area during breakfast.
Lots of staff and other guests smoking cigarettes..etc.. in front of the entrance.
Room was decent but needed cleaned around the toilet and lots of cords and extension cords hanging around the tv area that we had to keep our toddler from grabbing the entire stay."
"Parking was tricky but the front desk was very helpful and there is some minor construction that made it a bit difficult to know if you can actually park in front of the building. Despite that everything was great."
