「Staff friendly and informative, the food was great. The house was beautiful, clean and comfortable.」

「Very nice hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms. Building has a small pool and gym/workout room. Convenient location. Hotel has a free shuttle to local businesses. McDonalds/gas station/convenience store located next door. Free breakfast including eggs, biscuits and gravy, cereal, waffles, yogurt, fruit, etc.」

「On the positive side, the bed was comfortable, it was quiet, and the property was well maintained—mostly. On the “needs improvement” side, the hot tub was broken and when we asked a housekeeper about it, she responded “long time”. The breakfast was nicely complete but needs to be replenished in a more timely manner and the tables need to be cleaned more often.」

「Requested an early check in a day in advance. Was told 1:30 "would not be a problem" and room was not ready until 3:30. Breakfast area could not accommodate the number of guests there. Shower drain was plugged, left you in inches of standing water.」

「The room was nice enough, the bed was really comfortable. The only complaint, there was no coffee pot in the room...i mean, yes, there was a mini fridge and microwave, but no coffee pot. Other than that the room was fine. The breakfast was less than desireable. Not sure what was going on there...I didnt see anything onther than cold ceral and coffee in the dining area during bfast hours...that was at 8:00 a.m. on a Sat morning.」

「Carpet in both of our rooms had burn holes in them. Sink had no stopper. Hot tub was ice cold unable to use. Bed was comfortable」

「The fitted sheet on the bed didn't fit and kept coming off. The elevator was out of order. The sugar wasn't replenished in the room and the breakfast could have offered more choices.」

「The ambience made you feel like you were in Ireland. The reproduction artwork and all the signage and maps were very authentic. Each room had a coat of arms on the front door and an explanation with more artwork inside the room. The rooms were extremely quiet. There was a library that was magnificent with dark rich woodwork and many authors. A lot of thought and detail went into the building and the grounds.A real gem for that area. My wife and I loved it.」

「We love this hotel and come here every year. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfasts are great, and my kids love the pool with the waterslide. We also enjoy the fresh baked cookies that are available at the front desk throughout the day.」

「The beds really weren’t that comfortable and the fire alarm started going off at 8am when a kid pulled the alarm and the staff couldn’t figure out how to get it shut off right according to The front desk. The shower head leaked bad causing horrible water pressure」
