「A recepcionista uma querida muito atenciosa . Já o rapaz não. A noite as 22:40h o recepcionista me acorda pra saber dentro da lista do Hotel o que eu queria no café da manhã 😨 . Café bem limitado . Não usem a sugestão deles pra taxi , um absurdo o valor .」

「酒店离市区比较远，但整体环境还不错，房间很干净床也大就是床垫太差了，今天早上起来身上都痛，另外早餐的盘子都看起来不太干净！除此之外其他都很好，而且订的价格也是超级划算的，还有游泳池很漂亮支付1欧元就可以，很可惜到酒店的时候比较晚第二天又赶时间没能去泳池玩。」

「This hotel is located quite far from central Naples. There is basically nothing in the area and Arzanos is very run down and quite desolate. As for the hotel itself, it is clean and the staff was quite helpful with arranging transportation to Naples. The hotel itself is fine but the location is terrible. Think I booked this by mistake, as there is also a Hotel Europa near the train station in Naples. 」

「This hotel in Naples was in an ugly neighborhood but most neighborhoods in Naples are ugly. No other word for it. But inside the hotel was very beautiful; the restaurant is wonderful and the breakfast buffet is superb. If I had to go to Naples again I would stay here again. There is a wonderful plaza surrounding the hotel and the service is excellent. 」

「Wow! This property is a gem! The staff is friendly, accommodating, and wonderful with communication. Our suite was spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious with great coffee and many options including pastries,eggs, yogurt and fruit. The hotel is located in a congested area with limited vehicle accessibility but staff helped us with our arrival.
