「The property and owner were very gracious. We had an unfortunate travel delay with a flight cancelation and rented a car to drive in but arrived very late (very early) at 3:30 am. The owner was kind enough to work with us on the check in and we were able to successfully keep our plans for the morning of our arrival. 「The location was great, but the best part was the communication and assistance the homeowner gave us. Antonio met us when we arrived in the morning to give us the keys and show us the apartment. This saved us from having to store our bags as we had done in all the other cities we visited when we arrived prior to check in time.
