“Pros: - Great location for enjoying Mt Sunapee area - The common areas were great - Very easy and smooth check-in and check-out. - Great value for the price (Possible) Cons: - This wasn't an issue for me, but there is no staff on location. I didn't need anyone at all, but just in case you want to interact with a human when you check in or check out, you won't find that.”

“Very clean and easy to “self check in”. It is a nice setting too. We felt safe. The bed, for me was very hard and the pillows were more like morning pancakes. The pillows really need to be replaced. I did not sleep well. Over all a nice place. ”

“We enjoyed our stay. Being only 15 minutes from places to eat, we had total privacy and quiet. The surrounding forest and nearby river are great and make you feel like you have escaped somewhere. Plenty of room for a family of four with a loft and a private room. Living space was nicely setup. If you want to prep your own meals during a stay, this place has all that you would need. “You need carpeting upstairs- the amount of stomping around at 530am over the weekend was frustrating. I also understand not serving food right now- however to expect guests to not eat in the comfort of their own rooms and expecting them to eat out in a common area but not serving food is a little hypocritical to be honest. The facility was nice, i liked being able to come and go as i pleased. ”

“My family really enjoyed this Lake House. The beautiful views of the lake were breathtaking. The house had everything we needed for preparing meals. The kitchen was functional and generally well equipped. The beds in the house were particularly comfortable. We enjoyed early morning coffee on the deck with perfect views of the lake. The location was great. Lots of wonderful hiking trials in close proximity. My only suggestion to the owners is to give the house a good deep cleaning. Nonetheless,……

“The place is beautiful and the stay was fantastic. It is up a couple mile hill/road from the center of town, just long enough to make you feel you are out of the hustle. The property presents very well. The rooms are large for private space with 2 common rooms that are just as large for group time. The one suggestion would be to add a check in book of information, including necessary passwords (WIFI) and local attractions/restaurants.
