You definitely get what you pay for. Convenience and location was what we wanted. Amenities weren’t that great. Tub was slow to drain, shower head sprayed water all over shower and bathroom. I had to adjust myself to minimize water everywhere. Mattress was very hard. Again, you get what you pay for.
Lastly, next door occupant was extremely noisy and loud in the middle of the night. Occupant must’ve been locked out of their room and proceeded to bang on their door and window in order to wake up whomever was inside to let them back into the room. I did not reach out to the office at that time because it was in the middle of the night but made them aware the next day when we decided to check out early.
I also let Main office know about the issues with our particular room upon early checkout and the staff member didn’t seem to be very concerned with the issues that we experienced and did not offer any accommodations. I was specifically told that because I didn’t reach out to them earlier and then my early departure that there was nothing that they can do about any of the issues that we experienced.
I’m not saying that this was a complete and total miserable experience, but it would’ve been nice to have a credit issued. Again, you get what you pay for, but the location was ideal.
