“Our third time here and it did not disappoint! We had an amazing family trip and our granddaughters made a new friend who was staying next door!”

“Sunset Cabin in Westfield NY has become an annual retreat for we three friends from central Pennsylvania. Not only is the cabin well appointed, roomy, clean, and comfortable, but the natural setting - under the trees and near the lake – creates a relaxing atmosphere for beachcombing or just sitting near the shore with a drink of your choice. The beach glass was harder to come by this year, but the amazing sunsets of every color made up for that in spades! We had a wonderful escape from that……

“Chris was an exemplary host. We were able to check in early. He also offered a late checkout which we didn’t need.We were greeted with music playing and a chilled bottle of Proseco on the table. A beautiful sunset followed though not sure if he has that kind of pull.The house was as advertised. A porch looking out on the lake as well as a covered pergola just feet from the cliff on Erie provided a serene aspect to the stay. Spent nearly every waking hour at the house in one of those two places.……

“Cottage was brand new and located right by the ferry!! We had a great stay and wished we had booked it for longer than 2 days!”

“The decor and cleanliness that the hosts provided was everything we needed to make our stay in Dunkirk meaningful and pleasant. The view of the beach from the back porch was exquisite with excellent views of the Lake Erie sunset. The walking path in the Point Gratiot park is accessible and is short distance from the driveway. I plan to return next year!”

“What an amazing cottage. From the minute you walked in you had fresh bagels and snacks beautifully wrapped and with all of Deanna's special touches like slippers for the hot tub. Towels for everything. All the beach needs were there. She provided everything you could possible need for your stay. The BEACH was perfect and private all to ourselves, our family had a blast. The beds were so comfortable and the cottage was SPOTLESS. We will be back. ”

“We love the property. Our only complaint would be the outside furniture and table and chairs were dirty. I stayed there 3 years ago and it looked the same them. Like nobody everybody wiped any of it down. Other than that awesome time. ”

Nice selection of games and my son and his friend loved the tandem bike! The view was amazing, I can only imagine how nice it would be in warmer weather. ”
