“Great for peace and solitude. Hammocks are relaxing. If this is what you are looking for you won't regret staying here.Nice architecture and custom carpentry.Midway between Lakes Cuyuga and Seneca for vineyards and other attractions.Description lists three person max but it is more suitable for two.We were there in summer but would be nice to take advantage of wood burning stove in colder months.We would rent again when in the area.”

“Had a wedding in the area and it worked out great for an extended weekend stay. had one small housekeeping issue when we go there but Kevin was excellent and very prompt getting it taken care of. I would recommend staying there if you are in the area.”

“I loved my stay at this lake house! It was the perfect size and setup for my trip. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with everything I needed, which meant that once I arrived, I really didn't have to leave. “This delightful cottage is remarkably well designed and stocked with everything a traveler could want. Huge yard, view of Mohonk mountain, comfortable king bed, excellent shower and pet friendly! We cooked all of our meals during our three night stay and lounged in the many outdoor spaces when we weren't hiking in Mohonk Preserve or driving the country roads. Host was super responsive and has put a lot of thought and love into the property. Loved it!”

“The house was very clean and well stocked. You can tell they take pride in the house and property. Plenty of room for groups of several people. Screened in porch is very spacious compared to other properties in the area we've stayed at. Access to the water was easy and canoes and kayaks were available for use. Location is only a few minutes from town, many lakes, ponds, and hikes. Host was very nice and prompt answering any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.”
