「This was the first time we had been to NYC and the location was perfect! Jeyhun communicated with us throughout our stay and explained the check in process and details of the property accurately. The unit was clean and exactly how it was described. We would definitely stay here again!」

「Well-appointed studio apartment (one room) with couch and bed. We didn’t use the dishwasher or washing machine, but it was nice to have if needed. There is a small outdoor space which could have been cleaner. We brought a white noise machine to avoid hearing noise from the next door bar, and it worked great. Building felt very secure and the surrounding neighborhood safe. We would rent this apartment again.」

「We were a family of five so there was lots of space for us. It was nice to stay up a bit later and have kids go to sleep in the bedroom. Host’s communication was excellent. Check in was fairly easy. The entry to the building and stairwell were very underwhelming and you have to carry luggage up two flights of stairs. The unit was as it is described and is older. Some of the trim needs to be painted or replaced. Mixed area nearby with a rec centre and lots of coffee shops and delis.」

「This is an excellent location. It's in the heart of the village with a Michelin star restaurant 50 feet away! The street is buzzy and electric. My family and I had a great time. The L line is only 5 blocks away. Perfect location.」
