There is no desk ir person on site, a pre-email from them would be helpful. Just know what you rented and the key is there! Wifi is slow and patchy, as is cell service but satellite working ok for texts」

「Our stay at Aptos Bayview cottage, could not have been better. The cottage is just lovely as are Joe and Melody. So hospitable. 「We liked the look of the farmhouse, and saw it from a mile away on our drive in from Highway 1. Easy to find ! Easy to get in. The old house is very friendly. Enjoyed the "history" feel. Really liked walking around the yard, seeing all the great trees and bushes and flowers someone planted and took great care of. Didn't miss the TV either ! My daughter who was working in Big Sur loved staying upstairs, like her own little apartment. Very relaxing place to get away from things.」

「This is a lovely cottage in the heart of a residential area. Close to Santana Row. Clean, neat, and a well stocked kitchen. Pet friendly and quiet. The hosts are kind and communication is quick and easy. The shower was a bit of a challenge and some comedic relief to the event (I turned the wrong knob and gave the entire room a shower). 「BEWARE Soooo much I can say about this location. Immediately, we noticed that the home had terrible cleaning conditions. The walls, shower, floors, baseboards n Kitchen ceiling fan were absolutely FILTHY! The upstairs shower was grimy n even had hair under the shower mat (dirty as well). The neighborhood had MULTIPLE stray cats that constantly crawled the patio n even slept on the furniture causing us not to use the patio at all! The backyard n front door area even smelled like cat urine....
