“I had booked another property by the same people who manage this property. When I arrived at the hotel, after waiting for 5 hours, they told me that the property is not available and told me to come next day. Then I had no choice but to ask them for another property option. When I arrived at the property, there was no toilet paper, paper towel, soap, etc. The towels were so dirty. They were really bad at communication. I won't ever stay at a property managed by the same company.”

“Don’t trust the photos on Expedia, dirty apartment see though blinds no curtains, terrible for sleeping. We we contacted the property provider they gave us the run around for hours, only after making a formal complaint to Expedia explaining the way we we were being treated, and the false advertising on Expedia did they move us to the correct apartment that was booked and fully paid for months previously. Stay away from this company, terrible customer care.”

“am holding Expedia responsible for misleading me on the quality of this hotel. It was very convenient that among other deceiving pictures on the quality of this hotrl there was no mention that this horrible hotel exist in the middle of the Japanese town. Noise till 4 am daily. from the start I wanted to cancel but the stupid hotel will not refund me the money. I got stuck. You are now responsible for cost tp pay me bakc. ”

"The location is good, very close to Vincom Centre and we brought some food from the supermarket at B2. It is easy to walk to the tourist spots such as Ben Thanh Market, War Remnants Museum, Independence Palace, Saigon Central Post Office, Saigon Book Street, KKV, Takashimaya etc. I enjoy staying with Icon Saigon, the breakfast is good and it also provide afternoon teas. It has a swimming pool. My iPhone got problem, The staffs were helpful and helped me to book a taxi to the Apple Retailer store. The staffs are polite and helping us to put the luggage in the taxi when we were heading to the Airport. I will stay in Icon Saigon again!"
