“I had booked another property by the same people who manage this property. When I arrived at the hotel, after waiting for 5 hours, they told me that the property is not available and told me to come next day. Then I had no choice but to ask them for another property option. When I arrived at the property, there was no toilet paper, paper towel, soap, etc. The towels were so dirty. They were really bad at communication. I won't ever stay at a property managed by the same company.”

“am holding Expedia responsible for misleading me on the quality of this hotel. It was very convenient that among other deceiving pictures on the quality of this hotrl there was no mention that this horrible hotel exist in the middle of the Japanese town. Noise till 4 am daily. from the start I wanted to cancel but the stupid hotel will not refund me the money. I got stuck. You are now responsible for cost tp pay me bakc. ”

“Booked this hotel to have a place to rest before our late flight. Location is busy and noisy”

“Had to call to get check-in details and they didn’t have our booking. Was stressful with 3 kids trying to find somewhere else to stay. They eventually sent a staff member to meet us to check in. Location was perfect. Price was very cheap. Building was old but was ok. Unit was fine for the price.”
