"So many issues with our room, most importantly the main door that wouldn't lock and would allow anyone to walk in without a key. Room in general and mattress were very dirty, lights didn't work, etc. Staff seemed to not be very motivated to get the items remedied. Hilton Honors text concierge was pretty unresponsive for most of the stay. Wife was very disappointed and stated we won't be staying at Hilton DoubleTree properties in the future."

"It was everything I hoped for in a luxury stay"

"We had a really nice stay overall and would absolutely consider staying here again. Pros: • The location was very convenient for getting around Tampa and made it easy to travel to nearby areas like St. Petersburg and Bradenton. • The view from the condo was gorgeous and definitely a highlight of our stay. • The condo itself was decorated very cute and felt welcoming. . Pool and “beach area” at condo were fantastic. Food at pool cabana was also yummy. • The Pac-Man game was a big hit—my son especially loved it and spent a lot of time enjoying it. We appreciated the couple board games provided also. Cons: • The small foosball table in our unit was unfortunately broken, which was disappointing since my son would have really enjoyed using it. • Some of the household items could use an upgrade. The kitchen supplies were very minimal, and the bedding was also somewhat sparse. Bed was small but the space was small… • There were no hangers in the master closet, which made it a bit inconvenient to unpack and settle in. And the iron was crusty leaving black stains on my white pants 😔. Overall, this would have easily been a five-star stay with just a bit more attention to those smaller details."

"A hotel close to the airport but the shuttle bus started only at 5:00am. We almost missed our flight. Their breakfast started only at 6am and no bags for early flight guests. The shuttle bus smelled badly. "

"The door lock was not very secure. Pulled a bowl out of cabinet that was gross. Couldn’t use the bath tub only the shower. No beach / pool towels as advertised the pool has tiny scratchy white towels to use. (Misleading) The internet went out and unable to use for several hours on Sat evening to Sunday. A piece of the bedroom doorway was not level and comes up. The place is usable but could be better for the money you pay. "

"Plenty of spots to enjoy the weather. I chose to be a little more secluded from the crowds, down in the sand by the bay. Perfect for a day of reading and relaxing "

"My daughter & I had an amazing time in The Hemingway condo. Fabulous host communication, Super clean, very comfortable beds, and such a convenient location for our day trips to St. Pete’s, ZooTampa & Clearwater Beach. Our last day we had an evening flight out, we checked out and still utilized the private beach, pool and tiki bar/restaurant. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend! -Anna P. "
