「All aspects of my stay were great」

「Impressive ! Phone line reachable & able to help bçs my flight delay 9hrs. Driving 270Km, I was 5min late, staff no complaint even they said wait me till 11:00pm ! Spaces room. Grand hotel inside both paintings, furniture with good match. Like stay at a small castle. Traditional Scottish restaurant, cosy, good food. Friendly greeting staffs. Big laund in front ... so good!」

「I pre-booked the hotel weeks before I traveled. The website said that the retreat house had restaurants, lounge, and bar amenities that I thought would be useful for my stay. The restaurant was not opened when we arrived. The bar//lounge had no staff. We asked the only employee we ever saw when the restaurant would be open and she said it’s only open for breakfast. We came downstairs in the morning at 8:30. The sign on the dining room said that breakfast was served at eight to ten. No one to be...

「The room was clean warm and comfortable there was no kettle in room, the bathroom was clean but the plug in the shower was block and it filled so unable to have shower in case of flooding bathroom. Not much choice at breakfast there was toast or cereal, open jam and marmalade jars wasn’t tolded there was no cooked opinions. There was no bar and staff were friendly 」
