Great location despite loud neighborhoud

The appartement location is perfect and it is clean, the swimming pool is also very good. But the appartement hás very important missing points that are obvious: no air conditionner (this is inacceptable in such location espicially that we were obliged to keep windows open all night to get minimal air, but were comfronted with large number of mosquitos)The agency is very friendly professional and cared about the wifi that was not included (another surprise in 2025)A dishwasher is also missing.

Very disappointingly a number of items advertised were missing, Leaking shower it took three days to fix no hot water plumbed into the bathroom sink.no wi-fi advertised as free but I was expected to pay for it until I complained then a router was provided. No electric coffee machine no ironing board. The standard of cleaning was not good. Three old canvas camping chairs made up the outside furniture. As a first time rental I would have expected all this to have been checked before putting it up for rental. The agent said the owner said it was alright as if that made it better.
