We had an amazing stay! The home was lovely and clean! There was plenty of towels, dishes, cooking items, and even some spices and other small kitchen food items. I would recommend checking out what they have before you go shopping. The garage games and bikes were a huge hit with the kids! And it was so fun being able to eat outside on the beautiful deck. We will definitely be returning at our next stay in Sunriver!

This was a perfect sized home for our family. 7 adults and two children (1 dog). The pictures represented the home very well. Not shown are two outside tables with 12 chairs on the deck. A great gas grill on the deck as well. Communication was great. If only the property mangers could have controlled the wild fires and air quality. AC would have been a plus but it seems that may not be the most common thing to have in the area. We visited mid July so we knew full well it would be hot. There are fans for every room and it was bearable. Overall, we would rent this unit again in the future.

Great place

We stayed here for our annual ski trip vacation. It is a great house with a great layout and includes everything you need in the kitchen to make home cooked meals. This place also had plenty of things to keep kids and adult entertained while not on the slopes.

This home was perfect for our group of 12. (1 infant, 2 teenagers, and 9 adults). This home was very clean. It was so fun to have the hot tub, bikes and game room. There was 2 tables on the back deck for outdoor seating (not pictured in photo's). We had such a great time and would do it all over again. The only con to the house was no AC. There are fans in each room but it was still toasty! We had a couple of minor issues with the property (clogged tub and broken coffee pot). However, the staff at VRBO and Sunriver were very quick to respond and resolve these issues.A couple of tips: *The kitchen has a good amount of dishes, cookware, etc., but bring your own foil, plastic wrap, spices, oil, special cooking items if needed. *No toiletries provided except very chalky bars of soap, so bring your own. *The SHARC does not provide towels so bring your own. Thanks for the great memories!

The home was clean and well-stocked with towels, blankets, pillows, pool towels, etc. We enjoyed the hot tub, garage games, Wii, and back patio. Host was very fast at communicating if I needed anything, A couple of things were more our own preference than the fault of the property. The home felt smaller than expected from the photos, and it was farther from the village and pool than we typically prefer, so we ended up driving more than biking. The reason for our lower rating was the number of maintenance issues. Several bikes needed repairs or had flat tires, some outlets didn’t work, a few sinks drained slowly, and the master shower made a loud noise when used. The living room carpet is worn and curled in places, creating a tripping hazard, and some furniture could use updating. We also found dirty diapers left in the outdoor trash can. We knew there was no AC, but the biggest issue was that two of the upstairs bedrooms stayed very warm and were uncomfortable for sleeping. I don’t have room to write more of my review..Overall, it’s a nice home. We appreciated the extra bedrooms and amenities, but for the price, we expected a more polished experience.

Great house with lots of beds!

Place was great. We booked it last minute so it was larger than we needed, but this house could definite accommodate a lot more than my family. The garage game room was a big hit. One thing, and I think this might be a covid thing and not specific to the property, is there were no bike helmets. Kids are required to wear helmets so you will need to rent one from town. Just putting it here is it helps anyone's planning. The bikes were nice cruisers in all sizes.

Family Weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very roomy, clean and very well supplied. However, the microwave did not work. Non-stick frying pan needs to be replaced. We did not use it. Food stuck to the stainless steel frying pans. We called & left a message with property management about the microwave and no one ever showed up since it was the weekend.

Enjoyable stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 9 people, including 3 couples 2 small boys nes and older singles. Plus our fur babies. House was very comfortable for our group. Most beds were comfortable- even the twin sized ones. I’m be of the mattresses has a humo in the middle but outside of that no one complained. Plenty of seating. Kitchen is adequate, pans not the greatest but that is definitely a common thing with so many renters going in and out. Plenty of plates and coffee cups a little low on glasses but you could use wine glasses or your own water bottles, as we did. We liked the location, right next to country store and enclosed dog park area.

Thanksgiving 2022

Great house for our group of 6. It was one big living space with comfy furniture. Kitchen was well stocked for holiday cooking. Loved the small table in the living room because we did puzzles and could watch tv and enjoy the fire at the same time. Beds and bathrooms were good. Extra blankets were nice. Handy that the north grocery store was close enough to walk to. Loved playing the games that were in the garage. My only complaint is that the deck, while large, was not closed in as seen in pictures. We chose this house because of wanting to be able to have the dogs outside and contained. That was not the case and it was a pain to have to keep taking the dogs outside.

No air conditioner

Bathrooms/Bathtubs were dirty! You need to be more transparent to guests that there is no air conditioner, especially during the summer months.

A but small and felt crowded

We were a group of seven adult family members. I should have checked the square footage of the house listing — it’s much smaller than what appears in the pictures. The kitchen can only comfortably accommodate one person at a time — two people are on top of each other. The dining room table and chairs are crammed Into a space too small for them. Bunk bedroom is ridiculous — one can hardly squeeze past the first bunks to get to the to the second set of bunks, and the bunks are so close to the wall that it’s impossible to open the window. The house is adequately supplied and location is good. Be aware — if you’re planning to buy groceries and cook, there literally isn’t a single shelf or drawer in the kitchen with space to put your supplies. We ended up stashing all our dry/ pantry goods on a small shelf in the living room and on the floor.

Great Home with Adult sized rooms!

Great property to stay at for a family/friend reunion. Lots of space for everyone to do their own thing, hot tub was the main attraction! Also, allowing pets there was a plus. FYI if anyone finds a wedding band in an upstairs room please let me know! There is a reward!
