In the heart of Caldera Springs 44 Caldera Cabin is the perfect basecamp for exploring Sunriver and beyond. This 1,809 sq. ft. home has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms making it enjoyable for up to 8 guests.

Inside this luxurious one-story cabin you will find spacious kitchen living and dining areas with large windows hardwood floors vaulted ceilings and timber beam accents. Additional features of this home include:

• Upscale kitchen boasting granite counter tops beautiful cabinets and stainless steel appliances
• Dining room table with seating for six with additional seating at kitchen bar
• Living room featuring a comfortable queen sofa sleeper, TV, dvd and large gas fireplace for the perfect blend of cozy and convenient

We love Caldera Springs !

This was our 2nd family trip to Sunriver but our 1st time to Caldera Springs. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The community is beautiful and has great amenities. We spent a lot of time at Forest House - great for young kids and parents! The house was gorgeous and the backyard has huge grass area which was great for our kids and dog to run around on. The kitchen was lacking some cookware but we would gladly come back!
