Holiday Get Away

Another family trip is a success. We have stayed in this condo several years in a row. It is well equipped for people who prefer to dine-in. It is also close to the SHARC which is perfect with littles in tow.

Great location and amenities

Very well situated in proximity the the Village and trail system . Nice deck provided day long viewing as the golfers go thru . Its proximity to the golf course literally right off the deck provides a beautiful scenic view . And if you’re a golfer you really can’t get much closer to the course

Nice quiet location - walking distance to SHARC and The Village

Perfect sized condo for 1, 2 or 4 people (and your dog!). Has everything you need and more - updated throughout, just unpack and play or rest.

Family getaway

Overall, our stay was great. It has a well appiointed kitchen and the beds are comfortable. It is a quick walk to the SHARC. The only issues are the kitchen sink/dishwasher was pouring water out of the base cabinet, the tub drain is EXTREMELY slow and smelly and the under cabinet lights flickered. The kitchen sink/dishwasher leak was fixed the same day after calling Vacasa to address it. The other issues will need attention.

Excellent location!

We loved staying here and exploring Sunriver! Excellent location, it’s literally right across the street from the SHARC! We loved riding our bikes around the loop and to The Village. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location and stay, not luxury

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy townhouse. Location was great and check-in/check-out was super easy. It snowed a lot so the shovel came in handy and the driveway/pathways were quickly plowed. While the kitchen was fully stocked the cookware was mostly outdated. The beds were too soft for us and the bathrooms were tiny. Not luxury compared to some of the other Sunriver rentals but a good base camp.

Winter at Sunriver

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyable. One suggestion though is that the SHARC loudspeakers not play music outside the facility. Also, it would be helpful to have some street signs higher that don't get obscured by snow & to mark where the garbage can is.

Great condo

The property was fantastic. Nicely furnished and appointed. No dishwasher soap was a minor inconvenience. The SHARC was a kids only facility. No adults area. So unless you like a little screaming and pee in your pool you can avoid it. Everything else was great. I will do it again but next time skip the swimming trunks.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great stay. The location of this condo is wonderful. Simply walk across the street and down the path to SHARC and it is one of the few properties in all of Sunriver that has a lawn. Also close to the village. We are a family of 4 and found it to be comfortable for a group of that size. Be aware that the room upstairs is an open loft. Enjoyed our stay and it's location.

Comfortable in All Ways!

Delightful in so many ways, my husband even said he wouldn't mind having a place something like this. Comfortably and well furnished, from the queen/full/twin beds to entertainment selection of videos to the internet connectivity to the fully furnished (petite) kitchen - helped to make our stay most enjoyable. Definite option again should our travels bring us back to Sunriver in good health!

Great Location!!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is in a PRIME location to the new SHARC pool and within walking distance to the Village Mall. Two different people from the Reservation desk told me the condo does NOT have garage access - THEY ARE WRONG!! The owner allows renters to store bikes, etc. ALSO, this unit has Mavericks passes which is a huge plus for us since we like to work out. Will definitely stay here again!

Great location, but not very clean

The staffing help with Vaca was very good and the overall space was well appointed, but not very clean. My wife found popcorn inbetween the sheets along with other "crumbs" and there was also an old doggie chew toy stuffed in the couch cusions. I have genereally had good luck with VBRO, but this was the first time we felt kind of icky.

Dog-friendly home

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay in Mt. View #33. Our dog was made to feel welcome as well with his "doggie basket". I had noted on a previous review that the people had complained about the "pet accident" smell in the carpets. When I called to rent I mentioned this and I was assured that the carpets would be cleaned before we arrived, and, indeed, they were. This condo is very cozy and putting six adults in it would be pushing it. The kitchen is definitely a one-person-at-a-time place, but it was perfect for us. Location is great. We had a wonderful time and will return.

Nice Unit - Vacasa was terrible

I would give this unit a 5 if it wasn’t for Vacasa’s lack of care. Very disappointed in how dirty and in need of maintenance this unit required. Dirty, sticky kitchen floor, cabinet and refrigerator handles. Island counter had greasy spots all over it. Dirty dishes and utensils in the drawers and cabinets. Spots in the carpet. Dirty handprints on walls and doors. Every window screen downstairs had major holes in them. Upstairs toilet did not flush properly. We spent the first hour of our vacation cleaning the unit and washing dishes/utensils. To Vacasa’s credit, we were refunded a portion of our cleaning deposit. Vacasa was alerted about the holes in the screens, and we were told maintenance would be in contact, but that never happened. In a unit that doesn’t have A/C, you have to have windows open to cool things off at night, but with these holes, every mosquito, moth, and gnat in Sunriver came through the screen holes. I finally bought some wide tape to do a makeshift repair to keep the bugs out, no thanks to Vacasa. We come to Sunriver every September. I will never use Vacasa again.
