Good value in a great location

Easy to walk or bike to the restaurants and shops of sunriver. Hot tub was well maintained and clean. Vacasa was super easy to communicate with and we had no issues. Would stay again.

Mediocre Property

Property was underwhelming. It was a bit dated. Kitchen and bathrooms were updated, however the rest was very dated. Cleanliness was lacking. More attention to detail would improve the experience greatly.

Comfortable Condo

We had a nice visit and found our stay at the condo very pleasant. The unit is more roomy than we’d expected and was better stocked than a lot of other rentals. If I had any suggestions to add, new/fresh set of extra pillows, a set of steak knives, and Tupperware. A couple of updated nonstick pans would be welcomed, as the ones provided are getting a bit worn. Overall though, a very nice rental and we were quite satisfied with the cleanliness as well. The stove and oven were immaculate, which is not the case in some other rentals!! A note to those unfamiliar with Sharc policies: they will close both the outdoor AND indoor pools due to air quality above 150 or for lightning in the vicinity. We weren’t aware of this and we’re limited in our use of the pools for the majority of our stay. We would definitely return during a better time of year for weather.

The TV in second bedroom never worked and was extremely outdated. The gaming console didn’t come with any games or charger to charge controllers even if you had brought games. It shouldn’t be listed as an amenity. The exterior doors to the back patio were extremely hard to get open and didn’t lock. Master bed was very broken down and uncomfortable. Would not stay here again.

Great Sunriver vacation

We enjoyed the condo and its location was convenient for walks and rides to the Village. The onsite hot tub was clean and hot. SHARC passes were available but due to COVID restrictions and closures we were only able to use it one afternoon after waiting in line for 3 hours.

Nice snowy getaway

The siblings wanted a quick weekend getaway to the snow and this place was perfect! Very clean, furniture looks as pictured, beds were comfy, and the hot tub was a great place to gather!

Sunriver condo

Clean condo in a wonderful location for biking and exploring Sun river. Beds were very comfy, nice jacuzzi, and a great woodsy backyard. A good improvement would be updated, user friendly TV and DVD player. (The sound bar took a while to figure out) The dishwasher is a struggle to get straight, but works great after figuring it out, and steak knives would be handy. Vacasa is available to answer any questions about the unit. We had a great time on the river, biked for miles, and lots of R and R.

Nice ground door condo near Sunriver Village

This condo met all our needs as a family of four. My kids decided they didn’t want to share a bed, so the pullout sofa in its own little room with privacy curtain was perfect for the younger one. She even said the sofa bed was comfortable! The hot tub was an added bonus especially after a long day on the slopes. The location was close to the village and SHARC. The only drawbacks were the condo was a little dated and the refrigerator ice machine was not connected so you have to make your own ice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this condo.

Very nice place

I stay there with my daughter and a visiting student for e weekend ski trip. It is perfect for a small family. The place has everything. Hot tub is working good.

Cozy and Perfect for Family Fun

We mainly chose this rental over others because it was so reasonably priced but we loved every minute of staying here! The home was very clean and had very nice linens and plenty of towels. We enjoyed the hot tub and it was very close to the shops in Sunriver! Would definitely stay again

Reasonably comfortable

The pictures are, shall we say, flattering beyond what the unit actually looks like... It's fine, it's clean, it's comfortable. There's plenty of hot water and the showers are decent. There are plenty of towels, and I really wish we'd been able to use the SHARC passes! But it's clearly an older rental, and has seen better days. For the per night price, it's a little underwhelming. That said, it's very centrally located and super convenient to walk to the village. The silliest thing was that, even though there were a ton of extra pillows, there were NO extra pillow cases! The manager brought us some, the next day, but that was kind of ridiculous to not have cases for all the pillows in the unit.

Dated and in need of repairs (but good location)

Overall: A bit dated, with a good location, but needs repairs. Rating * The condo including its location = 4 stars * Vacasa customer service = 1.5 stars Pros: * The kitchen is well-stocked for cooking in terms of pots/pans and dishes. Make sure to bring your own spices, oil, etc. * location: very close to the SHARC and village * lots of storage including separate bike storage area Cons: * broken/missing screens, which let in the mosquitos * broken window covering in the living room meaning there was no privacy unless you climbed on the furniture to tuck it into the curtain rod. (We were told that the owners had ordered new window coverings so this will be fixed...eventually) * cleaning crew neglected to clear the broken glass and bandaid by the hot tub on the patio, which was not a welcome surprise for bare feet * hot tub chemicals were out of whack and the cover was ripped with the missing piece found stashed in the fence. Note: this property charges an extra fee for the hot tub apparently due to previous guests causing damage. This means instead of being charged a refundable deposit, guests are required to pay for previous guests' actions) * No ice maker * maintenance entered the property with no notice which scared our child. Vacasa is revisiting their procedures to rectify this so that they contact the guests before entering

Clean, Comfy, Just Right

This place is perfectly located, comfy and just the right size for a couple or small group. It felt very cozy and welcoming, with lots of windows providing nice natural light. It's not super fancy but it is clean and well-stocked with supplies. The location is central to popular spots like the mall, bike paths, lodge -- yet in a relatively quiet area -- and it's easy to find without having to navigate too many of Sunriver's sometimes confusing traffic circles. The hot tub is secluded and lovely on a starry night, and the gas fireplace in the living room is also a nice touch when the temperatures drop. Our entry lock was low on batteries when we arrived, but we could get in, and the VRBO staff responded quickly and repaired it for us first thing the next morning. Thank you for a lovely stay -- we will be back!

Outdated and dark house.

Since house is Same price as others for same size, we expected it would be as updated as others we have rented. We were disappointed in how dark the house is and how Not updated it is. Excellent location though as short walk to the Village. Quiet area also. We always enjoy SunRiver still.
