Lovely spot close to Bend

Extremely clean and comfortable. The resort is perfect for kids and dogs-had a great time.

it would have been nice to have coffee filters available since there is a coffee pot.Also instructions of how to get into the pool would have been helpful to know on arrival rather than when we were trying to get in to the pool area.

Great Location!

This smaller sized unit with two Murphy beds was excellent.This place is a great for families with littles or a family with a pet. We enjoyed all the facilities and everything around town. My husband loves the golf course next door. Highly recommended.

Caution, Caution, Caution!

Unresponsive owner, site host, and property management staff despite clear issues with non-functional smoke detector and exposed light-fixture socket. Obvious safety issues and code violations. Would strongly discourage anyone’s consideration of staying here.

Horrible and Dirty!!! Do not stay here!!!!

We checked in about 3:15pm. Rental was filthy. Black hair in sinks, toilet, bathtub, sheets, comforter, floor, pillows, phone, popcorn under couch. Called to speak with someone and they brought us after 3-4 hours of requesting money back or relocation, they finally showed up with a set of sheets. No cleaning supplies. Finally spoke with supervisor who hung up on me and didn’t help at all. Key fobs to get into pool were dead. Still waiting for a supervisor to contact me.

Great actual stay - but dealing with 7th mtn was not fun

Pros - Loved the location and the stay - fun trails, pools, hot tubs, mini golf, all the fun stuff! Cons - 7th mtn staff clearly doesn't like private rentals. They had no record of the reservation and were snarky/ unhelpful in trying to find the rental number in the piles of emails I recieved about it "You should be looking for the vRBO help number" when I had confirmation emails right on my phone.... Also, when asked for an extra blanket for our 8 year old, they said house keeping would drop one off. 4 hours later they called to let us know that since it's a private rental, they "don't support them."
