There are 3 separate sleeping areas: a master bedroom with a private bathroom, a queen Murphy bed in the living room, as well as an additional sofa bed. Connected to the common space is a private balcony with amazing views of Bend and the Deschutes, a full kitchen, and a second full bathroom. The property also offers a heated indoor pool and hot tub, so don't forget to pack those swimsuits!



The Space:

Unit 242/243, "Spillway to Heaven", is a top floor, riverfront property in the heart of Bend perfect for families of up to 6. It is perfectly located along the Deschutes River, providing unparalleled access to the river and river trail. Follow this pathway south for about 10 minutes and you'll find yourself in the heart of downtown, amidst some of the best restaurants and most popular breweries.

Within the unit, you'll have plenty of room to settle in and spread out. There is a master bedroom with a private bathroom and in the living room is a queen Murphy bed, as well as a sofa bed. Connected to the common space you'll have a private balcony with amazing views of Bend, the Deschutes, and the Cascades, as well as a full kitchen and a second full bathroom in the unit. Feel free to bring along up to 2 pets for a one time fee of $69.



Included in your reservation is access to the shared onsite laundry facilities, and access to the indoor heated pool and hot tub ( open from 9AM-10PM daily), so make sure to bring your swimsuits! For any questions, you will have friendly, on-site staff readily able to assist you, ensuring that you will have no problem and making your stay here the best trip possible!



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There is a laundry room on the property, which is open from 9am-10pm daily, same goes as the pool.



This is a 3rd floor unit, there are steps required to access the unit.

Getting Around:

You are on the edge of downtown Bend, so once you get here you don't necessarily need to use your car. Everything you need is in walking distance.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



This condo is pet-friendly. There will be an additional pet fee of $69, limit of 2 pets for this unit.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

Bend Riverside Rentals manages more than 40 privately owned riverfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
