“I accidentally booked my stay 1 day off, I immediately reached out to Hotels.com they said it would be up to the property they could not change my reservation. After a couple days I reached out to them again and they sent an email saying they were very sorry but after several attempts the property would not return an email. I reached out to the property and shared the email I had from Hotels.com it turns out Hotels.com had not sent any emails to the property the staff at Ponderosa were very kind……

“Greeted warmly, room was clean and inviting, light and fireplace turned on for our arrival! Location is out of the way a bit which we appreciated and our patio felt like we were sitting in the trees with a view of the river. ”

“Good room size for family and pet. But the service is not satisfied. I asked for some tea bags for three times, finally they sent me the tea bags after 15 hours. ”
