Welcome to Ashwood 4, a classic Sunriver retreat designed for simple, comfortable family time. With space for up to eight guests, a private hot tub, bikes, cornhole, and a thoughtful two-level layout, this home makes it easy for parents, children, and grandparents to vacation together.

Inside, the open living space feels warm and inviting, with plenty of room to gather after a full day of exploring Sunriver. Settle in beside the wood-burning fireplace on a cool evening, or enjoy the comfort of air conditioning during summer stays. The kitchen flows naturally into the dining and living areas, keeping everyone connected whether you are preparing breakfast, sharing dinner, or lingering over coffee.

Travelling with little ones? We have a pack-n-play and a high chair. Addicted to your morning cup of Joe? We have a Keurig, standard drip machine and coffee bean grinder, to keep you caffeinated.

The main-level king bedroom offers a quiet retreat with easy access and no stairs, making it a comfortable option for parents or grandparents. Downstairs, a queen bedroom and pyramid bunk room share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, creating a flexible space for children, couples, or extended family. With two bathrooms and separate sleeping areas across two floors, there is room to spread out without feeling disconnected.

Outside, the deck invites you to slow down and enjoy serenity of Sunriver. Grill dinner on the barbecue, play a round of cornhole, or take the bikes out for a ride along Sunriver’s scenic pathways. At the end of the day, unwind in the private hot tub beneath the pines.

Smart TVs, indoor games, and a dedicated workspace add flexibility for quiet evenings, longer visits, or anyone who needs to check in while away.
