Great location

The house is well appointed and comfortable. The location is fantastic and there are plenty of SHARC passes and bikes. The home is older and has not been updated, and there were obvious maintaince issues like the leaking skylight in the upstairs bathroom. The paint was bubbled and peeling all around it so it’s clear this has been an issue for a while. The windows were very dirty and I found at least two disposable water bottles under furniture from previous guests when checking to ensure that no kiddo toys had been left under things when we were checking out. The local contact folks were fantastic and did a great job of checking in and being available. Overall I would rent this house again for the location and servic .

Pleasantly surprised

We loved this home. I was a little apprehensive because it received some poor reviews about cleanliness and gross carpeting. The flooring has been completely replaced upstairs and downstairs and was clean and soft. We had a great time!

Great home close to Shark and Village

I was a little concerned about the home’s cleanliness when I read reviews that stated the carpets were stained and gross. Fortunately, the flooring was brand new! The home was clean, comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with necessities. The home was close to the shark, the Village and a short distance to Fort Rock Park on the bikes. There were about 6-8 bikes to choose from (2 were children’s sizes, the rest adult sizes) which were awesome to ride around on.

Stay away from Vacasa

Honestly worst check in experience in Sunriver and been coming here for 20 years. House toilet was plugged. Not a big deal. Then we had no dish soap, no toilet paper other than rolls on holders. Wouldn’t bring us anything. Had to go get our own. Then finally they did drop off dish washer soap. Vacasa sucks and will avoid them at all costs.

Great location

This was a great spot. My only complaint is the upstairs bed is very hard. I woke up each morning feeling like I got hit by a truck. The kids were able to walk to the village as well as SHARC, which was great

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was perfect for us! There was plenty of room even with our cousins visiting. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfy. Having the bikes and being so close to the path was a great bonus. No hesitation I'd stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

Vacasa is Horrible Stay away

Going to start with the good, house is close to SHARC, Village and in a nice area.Will say this I never leave reviews like this but want others to avoid it too. Vacasa is awful. Toilet was plugged by previous guest and they didn’t let us know until after they told us house was ready. Seemed odd as cleaner should have let them know early enough to call someone. Anyway that wasn’t a big deal. They really tried to fix it. But what frustrates us is they left the house with 2 rolls TP, no dish soap, no laundry soap, no way to clean anything up. Called and they were no help at all. You would think they would want to leave us with some supplies to clean the house and make sure we have clean pool and hot tub towels. Was honestly crazy to us and something we never run into renting homes in Sunriver and all over the country in last 10 years. They told us no….House is okay, master and lower bedroom mattresses leave something to be desired. Price is okay but we have stayed at better places for cheaper, I would only stay here is you can deal with Vacasa or stay for just a couple days. Reached out and they just brought us some dish tablets. Honestly they’re a joke and if I was the owner I would fire them. Renting a place for as much as we do when we come here you would think basic supplies would be available…..after only being able to use part of the house on first night you thought they would have been a little more accommodating after letting them know house had no supplies.

Dirty and neglected home.

This property is in desperate need of care and money. The carpets are stained and nasty throughout. High surfaces are all dirty and covered in dust. Chairs and outdoor furniture are broken or missing. Garage door is damaged and broken. Home décor throughout is either broken or missing….

Carpets and train

Great location with Sharc, house layout was nice for family. Carpets smell like wet dog. Hopefully they replace with hardwood. Notified rental agency, they were very attentive. Just beware, train goes by about 2-5 times per night.

There were a few things that were a problem with the house: the bunk beds were so uncomfortable that the kids ended up sleeping on the couches, the thermostat has issues and so the down stairs would be really cold while the upstairs was like a sauna but the heater wouldn't turn off as it should have when it hit temp so we were roasting, and the dishwasher flooded the kitchen. The vacasa staff were great about bringing towels over right away so I was able to clean up the water. It would had been really nice if the driveway had been de-iced before our arrival. We had several falls on the ice trying to get from the car to the front door. I used the de-icer and also tried to break it up with a shovel to clear a path but it was so thick that I couldn't. The two queen beds were very comfortable and I got a great night sleep! The hot tub was amazing! The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you can need, the house has a nice open lay out upstairs and has a beautiful view and lots of natural light. We enjoyed Playing ping-pong and apples to apples, lots of games were available to play. Not far from Mt Bachelor, we enjoyed being able to play up in the snow at the mountain and then come back and relax in the hot tub.

Great Place to Stay

Loved staying in this house. The layout really suited our family with 3 teenage boys. The open area upstairs was great for spending time together. The property was clean and comfortable and we would definitely stay here again.
