Nice, comfortable house close to coffee shops

We really enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was well appointed, and beds were comfortable. Three bathrooms was great. Cons: parking 3 cars is a bit of a challenge and it's uphill. Yard needs some TLC but the dogs loved all that room.

Great location and nice space. Enjoyed our stay. Would recommend some lighting to navigate to and from the hot tub. Be prepared to have time to wash and place your towels in the dryer on check out. Just a little different requirement than other places.

Great place, great location

Thanks to Erin and the beautiful home, we were able to have the dream summer vacation. The place had everything we could ask for and was within 10 mins of everything we didn't know to ask for. It was the ideal spot for my wife's 30th birthday, including the king bed, large living area, large deck for grilling and pizza making, and a hot tub. I 100% would recommend you get this place for your summer adventure. I can't wait to comeback for another.

Bend trip 2023

Overall, was very satisfied. The grounds around the back yard could have been more appealing with maybe a sunshade over the table. The sofas in the living room were very uncomfortable to sit on to watch TV. We will use Home Spun again on our next visit.

Favorite stay in Bend

My wife and I have been traveling to Bend for years, and this house was by far our most favorite. We spent Christmas and New Years in the house with my Family. We don’t have any kids in the family and it is hard to find accommodations for 6 adults without a room of bunk beds, so this house comfortably accommodated 6 adults and there was still room for more. The Backyard was incredible, especially since we brought our pup with us. Every morning a family of 8-10 deer were at the fence, it was magical. The location of the house made it convenient to get anywhere in 5-10 minutes. Erin, the property Manger, was extremely helpful and accessible. We will definitely be looking at this place next time we come to Bend!

Best Rental I've Stayed at in Bend

I absolutely loved my stay here and can't wait to book it again! The home was clean, comfortable, tranquil, and in the best location. The yard was perfect for my pups, and would be equally great for kids too. It was amazing to see the same family deer stop in every morning for some grazing. Host was wonderful to communicate with and super kind and accommodating!

Comfortable and Central

We loved our stay at this property with lots of space to hang out in between activities and a great outdoor patio space to soak up the sun as well. It was close to downtown Bend ~4 minute drive as well as central to other outdoor activities in the area. Will consider returning with family as there are plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms for a group.

Good west side location, well appointed home

This house was perfect for our group. It had easy access to restaurants and shopping on Newport and Galveston and was a great launching point for trails and parks. The kitchen was very well appointed and we really appreciated having full access to the garage to store our bikes and other gear. The house could use a little more outdoor furniture but does have a good outdoor dining table and grill. The backyard is very private and there is a decent view of Mt Bachelor from the front deck. The street is a bit noisy but nothing that kept anyone from sleeping, even with windows open.
