Two couples and two teens. This place had great space to spread out. We visited in winter, for easy access to the mountain. We all wished we were visiting in summer, to take advantage of the easy access to the waterway!

We've stayed at this house several times. That should say it all - Being on the river and a great house with such a convenient location. We golfed at many of the nearby courses.

Beautiful place great view of river.

Relaxing and fun with having all the great placer to go just down the street. The patio on the river was fun to hang out at. I plan to use the place again in near future if there is any openings.

The perfect oasis for the end of a great trip

This house was exactly what we needed after a short, end of summer trip. We arrived on a vert warm late September day and couldn't believe all of the activity on the river. The home itself was great but we will be back just to experience the backyard.

Amazing home in amazing setting.

We were super happy with our stay here! The house was VERY clean upon our arrival. You really can't beat that backyard, on the river. It was incredibly peaceful and we also took full advantage of the hot tub. I loved the walkability of the area and being so close to restaurants/coffee/etc. Would love to stay here again!

Lovely home perfect location

Had a wonderful 4 night stay at RiverBend Bungalow. Hosts were super responsive from booking request through check out. Great location- beautiful river front and spacious yard- we have two dogs and they loved the yard. Walkable to dt Bend and also has pocket of great restaurants, breweries in the neighborhood.

So fun!

We had such a wonderful stay at this house. We floated the deschuttes starting at river park back down to the house - about one and a half hours. It was so, so fun! The house was clean and a perfect location. Enjoy!

We don’t want to leave!

Wonderful stay. Morning coffee and evening wine on the deck/dock and a comfortable house and bed - just what we wanted. We walked miles and miles along the river, and explored the area. The road nearby (3 houses away) is a bit noisy at times, and there was some construction noise. It is in town, not out in the forest, so know that. It is generally peaceful. Loved it!

Fantastic location for ski vacation right next to downtown

The location is near perfect. Easy to get to Century Drive, so skiing is less than 30 minutes away. We walked to downtown several times, along Drake Park, about 17 minutes to the heart of downtown. Sunriver Brewpub and 10 Barrel brewpub are both within 3 blocks, as well as a tavern and gas/convenience store.The house itself was perfect for our annual ski trip. Two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and plenty of space to relax. Kitchen utensils were well stocked and in great shape for cooking. There is a barbecue but we didnt use it. There are summer toys (paddleboards and kayaks) on site. The garage had a door opener, which was great for not having to defrost/de-ice the car every morning. It was tight, but my full size SUV did fit. The hot tub was heated when we got there. The views of the river flowing by were most relaxing over coffee every morning while watching the sun come up. Check in was as easy as a code sent via email before arrival, and check out was the easiest I have ever done: the only ask was to start the dishwasher. No stripping of linens, etc, as the laundry is done by a service off site. The renter sent a message every day asking if anything was needed, and they even shoveled the driveway after it had snowed while we were gone skiing!This property has a strict outdoor noise curfew both posted and sent as a reminder. If you want a “party” house, this is not for you. If you are two couples or a family of four or five, this place is tough to beat.
